New Wave Light Therapy packages and stands are final sale unless the product is damaged upon delivery or is in anyway defective within the warranty time. Selected products need to be returned within 30 days from time of order and must be approved. See details below.

New Wave Light Therapy packages and stands are final sale unless the product is damaged upon delivery or is in anyway defective within the warranty time. If you would like to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email us at customersupport@newwavelighttherapy.com with your order number. We will change your address if the order has not been shipped out yet, but we cannot make any guarantees and the refund terms below will apply to any shipment sent to an unintended address or wrong address listed by the customer.

When returning a non-defective product, the customer is responsible for all costs relating to shipping the products back to New Wave Light Therapy and will incur a 20% restocking fee. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all of the accessories or the shipment will not be accepted for a refund. Upon inspection, we will notify you if the return was approved and if approved, a refund will be issued and processed within10 business days to the original source of payment. If the product is not approved, damaged in any way, or unable to be resold, the shipment will be refused and returned to the customer.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If a shipment was shipped correctly but is subsequently refused by the recipient, unable to be delivered with the customer supplied address or returned to our warehouse, the customer will incur a 20% restocking fee on the original purchase price, and incur additional shipping fees to reship the product. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the product arrives damaged, New Wave Light Therapy must be notified within 2 days of delivery. Returns must be initiated by contacting customersupport@newwavelighttherapy.com with your order number and reason for return (including photos or video of any defects). Please return the item(s) in the original packaging and within 3 days of the refund approval email.

3 Year Complete Warranty

Within 3 years of your purchase you may notify New Wave Light Therapy, if your light is not working properly. We will need a picture and/or video of the defect and we will fix or replace it. Each case will be assessed on a case-by- case basis. Customer damage to the product by either breakage or damage from dropping, misuse, or tampering with the product by opening the light or electrical wires or tampering with connecter plugs will not be covered under the warranty. To honor any warranty claims, we may offer a shipment of replacement part or parts, phone or email with support to try and fix the product, or send a replacement of the product. If a New Wave Light Therapy product has an open box or is used it will be subject to all restocking fees listed below if returned. Unfortunately, we will be unable to make any exceptions to this.

A warranty is only valid to the person who purchased the item from www.newwavelighttherapy.com and is not extended to a re-sale purchase and the warranty is non-transferable.

If the product is not damaged and you are not satisfied with the purchase, customers must contact New Wave Light Therapy’s Customer Service Department via email for a return authorization and further instructions. If a light product is sent to us without any prior notice or without being authorizated, New Wave Light Therapy will not be responsible for a refund or replacement and will be refused and returned to the customer and New Wave Light Therapy will not be responsible for any lost shipments upon returning. We highly recommend all returned products are traceable and insured for possible claims.
